Painters

Looking for professional or aspiring painters to assist us in providing the best services in Canada. Painting contracts range from commercial/light industrial coatings, to interior and exterior of homes, and residential repaints. Surface preparation when required (scraping, sanding and priming). Small touch-ups including minor plastering and caulking. Experience with spray, rolling and brush techniques, Ability to Work on ladders at height and boom experience is a plus.

Home Stagers

Looking for full-time interior decorators/home stagers to join our team.
Candidates must be able to work well alone or in a group. The candidate should be creative, outgoing, self-directed, detail-oriented and organized.

If you’re looking for a position that offers a variety of work and you’re able to multi-task, meet deadlines and function in a fast-paced environment, then CJ maintenance services is the place for you.

Responsibilities would include:

Visiting properties and taking measurements and photos for decorating and home staging quotes.
Attending on-site visits and engaging directly with contractors, builders, developers, marketers, etc., as required (specifically for show homes and display suites).
Preparing decorating and home staging quotes.
Preparing inspiration boards for decorating projects.
Pulling together decorating and home staging projects.
Managing projects – client meetings, sourcing items, organizing installs, client correspondence, meeting deadlines.
Contacting vendors/suppliers to source products for staging and decorating projects.
Assist in maintaining staging inventory
Provide home staging/ interior decorating content for the company blog.
Other tasks and duties as assigned withing the designated job description.
Available to work full-time if need be, Monday to Friday (9am – 5pm) with occasional early starts and overtime, if/when required however not mandatory.

Nice to have’s:

A natural eye for staging, decorating, color, and home furnishings.
Diploma in Interior Decorating or Interior Design is a plus.
Possess knowledge and understanding of decorating clearances and standards.
Previous Experience working with Vectorworks or AutoCAD is a plus.
proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
Excellent time management and project management skills a plus.
Detail oriented with strong communication and organizational skills a plus.
Friendly, approachable, open to feedback/suggestions and able to contribute new ideas.
Ability to effectively engage with clients in person, via telephone and via email.
Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.
Must be proficient in French/English language (reading, writing and speaking).
valid driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle is a plus.

Residential/Office Cleaners
